Pricing and Payment

Payment Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

I operate on a cash-based model and do not directly accept insurance or Worker’s Compensation. However, there are several ways to manage the cost of care:

  • HSA/FSA: You may use your Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts for payment.

  • Patient Portal Receipts: Once you set up an account, you can access and print detailed receipts (Superbills) from your portal. These contain the necessary codes to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

    • Note: Craniosacral Therapy is not typically reimbursed by most insurance providers.

  • Grant Programs: Financial assistance may be available through specific grant programs for NICU graduates and children with special needs.

How does payment work?

Payment is expected at time of service.  While you can provide payment information at the time of booking, you will not be charged until after your visit.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • All major Credit and Debit cards

  • HSA and FSA cards

  • Venmo

  • Cash or Check
